Last Summer was the first time we needed bunny boarding. We were initially sceptical about how our two bunnies would be looked after. However, following our visit, we were really impressed with the set-up, where our bunnies had a lovely big hut to sleep in, with outdoor area to exercise daily. Kirsty also sent regular photos which was a lovely touch.

A huge bonus is Kirsty’s amazing knowledge about bunnies. She even offered great advice on bonding my bunnies when we got a new addition after one of our buns died. Both my children said “Kirsty is such a lovely person. Both Whisky & Ruby love her. We’re so happy we found her. She is the perfect bunny sitter”

First and foremost, I would like to express my immense gratitude to Bunny Haven Hotel for their exceptional care of my beloved Max, with a special shout-out to the experienced and gentle owner, Kirsty. During my extended trip to the Philippines, Max stayed at the hotel for nearly a month, and Kirsty went above and beyond in treating him like one of her own. She kept me updated with pictures and diligently monitored his diet to address his weight issue.

Really impressed. From the moment I dropped our rabbit off, I knew that she would be in safe hands. Kirsty is very knowledgeable and she genuinely does care about the animals she is looking after. Bunny Haven has a purpose built building with spacious hutches and is clean and odour free. Rabbits get outdoor time everyday in their own runs in a gated section of Kirsty's garden. Kirsty even sends you photos of your pet on their holiday. Our rabbit had a lovely time.

It was my first time having my boys in the hotel and the experience was great. They were well maintained and came back happy and healthy. Place is clean and well suited for small pets, and Kirsty has extended knowledge as well as lovely attitude to animals. I highly recommend this place and for sure come back there with my two boys.

My rabbits Bennie and Bobbie stayed at Bunny Haven for a week and I am extremely happy with the care they received! The owner obviously loves and cares for all of the guests and ensures each one is properly looked after with all their needs met. I'd be more than happy to leave Bennie and Bobbie here again with the knowledge they are being loved and cared for in the same way they would be at home. I also got regular updates with photos of my boys as reassurance of what a great time they are having. I'd recommend Bunny Haven to anyone who needs to board small pets, couldn't be happier!

This was our first time leaving our Baby Piggies Mocca and Oreo at Bunny Haven Hotel. We were kept updated and had beautiful photos of them enjoying their 5 star treatment. They had their first experience on grass and were given a few new vegetables which they thoroughly enjoyed.
We will most definitely be using Kirsty's services again and we thank her for taking the time to look after our Piggies like they were her own.

Carrots has spent 3 weeks here and all of us have been relaxed and happy knowing he has had a blast. Kirsty sent photos and updates and has been fantastic throughout - amazing communication. She clearly loves her job caring for the rabbits. Knowing your family pet is cared for, when you can't, is a huge relief.

Kirsty does a fantastic job every time we leave Sunny with her. He always comes back happy, healthy and full of energy.

Sunny recently stayed for 3 months due to a family emergency and Kirsty was absolutely fantastic accommodating and helping us out. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Bunnies and you can always be assured your rabbit will be in exceptional hands.

Lovely place for a bunny to stay while you are away. Teddy stayed here for a week and when I saw the hotel, I knew he will be in good hands. Kirsty is very helpful and friendly, and sent us videos and pictures of our Teddy, so we had a stress-free holiday. Highly recommend.

My Rabbit, Nala stayed with the Bunny Haven Hotel in April 2019. She soon settled in and was really well cared for. Kirsty was kind enough to send pictures of Nala to us enjoying her stay at the Bunny Haven Hotel. A great place for your bunny to relax whilst you are away.

Our two bonded rabbits, Millie & Delilah, have just come back from a week with Kirsty and we cannot recommend her enough. Kirsty welcomed us on a visit beforehand. We had photos from her whilst we were away. Our two bunnies have come home fit and bright (as always). We provided our own nugget food but Kirsty provided the greens, hay and bedding. Fabulous - will be using her again when next we're away.

A stunning hotel for rabbits, run by 2 very caring rabbit experts. I would definitely recommend them to others. Big hutches with lots of space and an individual care plan offered for each resident.

The bunny hotel looked after my tortoise Margaret at very short notice. They hadn’t looked after a giant African tortoise before, so they asked lots of questions and were great with her. Kirsty and her husband were both very nice and Margaret the tortoise had a wonderful time. Thanks xx

I cannot recommend the Bunny Haven Hotel enough. My two house bunnies stayed with Kirsty for 10 days in July and came home very happy. I was nervous about leaving them for the first time but Kirsty invited me to have a look around before they stayed and as soon as I saw the set up and met Kirsty I knew I had made the right choice for their little holiday. I will definitely be booking with Kirsty in the future.

Our rabbit Pedro has just come back from his second stay at Bunny Haven and is a very happy bunny! Our two guinea pigs have just stayed for a week at Bunny Haven Hotel and were looking very settled and content after their stay. Knowing that they were being cared for in a cosy and clean hutch and given fresh greens daily was so reassuring. I had complete confidence leaving them with Kirsty who clearly takes a huge pride in what she does and is genuinely passionate about the animals in her care. Bunny Haven Hotel is a pleasure to deal with: prompt replies to emails and lovely updates and photos whilst we were away. We have already booked our slot for the May half-term break.

My dwarf lop Milo has been boarding here for a year now with repeat visits. Kirsty and Adam are bunny mad and the facilities and care mean that each pet gets a lot of love and attention whilst you are on holiday! Such peace of mind! They also send you photos and videos of your pets adventures whilst you are off playing yourself. It’s always difficult leaving your pet but a huge relief to know they are being cared for so well especially when you have spoiled them rotten and they live in your house with you and part of your family! So 5 stars from me!

Highly recommend Bunny Haven for your bunnies and other small fury pets.

Kirsty is AMAZING ! She loves the bunnies as if they are her own, what more can you ask for.

Our bunny Raj has just enjoyed a 10 night stay and he loved it !!!

We were so worried about leaving him especially as he is a 'house' bunny but Kirsty and Adam looked after him so well I think he preferred it with them at the hotel !!

Lots of love and cuddles and plenty of running around.

The hotel is so lovely, it has been created with such care and attention.

It is definitely a 5 * hotel.

The regular updates and photos were also great to receive and reassuring. Thank you so much Bunny Haven Hotel Raj can't wait to visit again soon.
